Installed integrated soffit lighting along the roofline and porch of a two-storey home, adding curb appeal and improved nighttime visibility.

Soffit lighting installation involves running low-voltage wiring along the roofline and mounting recessed fixtures directly into the soffit for a clean, integrated look. This project included lighting along the full front elevation, porch, and garage area, controlled by a single switch.

The result: even, warm lighting that highlights the home’s architecture and improves safety around entryways and the driveway after dark.
